Seafoam Island is a very large cave that spans across 5 floors, with ladders and holes to drop through. Have at least an Escape Rope in your inventory to prevent getting stuck in this cave when you are lost. This is a place where very rare Ice-type Pokémon can be found.

To leave the cave, drop down Hole 13, 15 and 17, then take Stair 9, 7 and 3. The numbers with a green background are the locations where you will end up after dropping from the hole with that specific number.

Articuno, one of the three legendary birds can be found inside this cave but you must first obtained the Feather of Articuno. This item can be dropped from any wild Pokémon in here as long as your leading Pokémon is an Ice-type and alive. To encounter Articuno, give the feather to your leading Pokémon and there will be an extremely small chance for it to appear. Since it is at level 85, you can consider coming back here later when the level of your Pokémon is high enough.
